Shipping policy

All orders received today are normally despatched the next working day. 

Express Shipments by Air:  Semisolid and liquid products are not allowed by air within India.

₹100 per Kg additional charge within India or as shown during checkout.

2-4 working days for Tier 1 and 2 cities from despatch day.

3-5 working days from despatch date for the rest of India.

Outside India Shiping : 3-7 days depending on location. Custom duty charges if any to be paid by the customer directly and time taken for customs clearance might vary from country to country.

Surface Shipment: Free above order value of Rs700. Normal time taken from desaptch is

2-3 working days within Mumbai

 3-5 working days within Maharastra, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Chattisgarh, Telangana.

5-7 working days for the rest of India other than Northeastern and J&K states.

8-10 days for Northeastern and J&K states.

For India: Semi-solid/ liquid products like Nutriprash & Syrups, only single bottles can be shipped by air within India, if more than one product/bottle chosen please choose a surface mode of shipment.

For solid products like Sweets & Nuts, both air or surface can be chosen.

In the case of Express Shipping within India Rs 100 per kg additional charges to be paid.  Out of India Shipping, additional charges would have to be paid depending on location & weight per consignment.

Proof of Delivery : All dispatches are done through various courier company , an email is send automatically once the parcel is delivered from info@net.shiprocket.in Incase Parcel is not received by the recipient, complain needs to be raise with us within 24hrs, on phone number: 9323979400 or email address: nutriprash@gmail.com so that proof of delivery can be requested from courier partner as few courier partner don't provide proof of delivery after 48hrs of delivery confirmation send to customer's.
